Ordering
Simply choose your item, select any available options (like size or color), and click “Add to Cart.” Follow the checkout steps to complete your order securely.
All our items are made to order, so if you need to make a change, just send us a message to hello@ekuboo.com right after your purchase. We’ll do our best to make the change before production starts. Once your item is shipped, we're no longer able to make changes.
We don’t offer additional gift wrapping, but each item is beautifully packed in a recyclable paper box and tied with a natural cotton ribbon – perfect for gifting as is.
Exchanges, returns and refunds
Once your item arrives back in its original condition, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Of course – we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. You can return unused item within 30 days of delivery. Just get in touch with us before sending anything back.
Please note that custom or personalized items are non-refundable, as they’re made just for you.
Return and exchange shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Yes – as soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Customs & Duties
If you’re outside the EU, your country may charge customs fees or local taxes – we can’t predict these, so they’re the buyer’s responsibility.
We complete all customs forms accurately, in line with legal requirements. Since each country has its own rules, we recommend checking with your local customs office to understand any possible fees or taxes.
Product Details
Each item is machine-knit and hand-finished by our small team of local creators. We take care to check every piece before it’s sent out – so it feels just right when it arrives.
Yes – some items, like baby blankets, can be personalized with a name or initials. For certain products, we can also adjust the size. If you have something special in mind, feel free to reach out – we're happy to help if we can!
